Crafting one-of-a-kind custom homes is our specialty at Greywood.  Regardless of the size or cost of the home, our goal is to maximize the value for the budget and to conduct the process in such a manner that it is enjoyable for our customers.  We only build five to seven custom homes per year so that each home receives our full focus and attention to every detail.

The services we offer often begin long before the first shovel is put in the ground.  We are happy to consult with our customers on site selection and feasibility.  We also offer either in-house design services, or we have a number of top notch designers and architects that we can recommend.  Our advice is to have us involved during the design process so that we can help steer the design towards something that will fulfill your needs while remaining within your budget.

Careful cost estimates before beginning construction eliminate any surprises later on in the process, giving you peace of mind that the work being done will be on time and on budget.

During construction, we meet with our clients on a regular basis to keep them informed and to help them making all the necessary decisions.  We are happy to accompany our clients to our suppliers' showrooms and offer guidance to help with selections.

We take pride in using high quality materials and make sure that all work is performed to our high standards.  We keep our jobsites clean and safe and are very proud of our outstanding safety record.  We make decisions and build each home as if we were building it for ourselves and are always proud of our craftsmanship when we walk away.
